Feather Cowl Pattern

Still working on writing the pattern for this one! The base is pretty simple, but the feathers are done with a combination of surface crochet and chaining/working lengthwise for each feather. It's kind of a weird technique that makes sense in my head, but not so much on paper. Stay tuned!
